Citizenship By Investment
The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme was established in 1984, which makes it the oldest programme of its kind.
To acquire citizenship, an investment can be made in an approved real estate project in St. Kitts and Nevis or a donation to the Government's Sustainable Growth Fund
Reasons to consider citizenship in St. Kitts and Nevis include:
- There is no requirement to live in St. Kitts and Nevis, but of course you are fully entitled to do so if you wish.
- You, your spouse, your dependants and descendants enjoy full citizenship for life.
- A low tax regime, exempting taxes on worldwide income, capital gains and inheritance.
